Ningbo Tuopu Acoustical System Company was founded in 2004. Its focus is on development and research environmental protection material which is acoustical and thermal insulation, noise reduction and the products of automotive interior trim, acoustical insulation, and thermal insulation. Therefore, it is the professional manufacturing base for interior trim/ acoustical and thermal insulation products.

The main products include acoustic and thermal insulations, carpets, door panel insulations, headliners, floor pads, package trays, truck trim and PUR parts.

Main equipment

By introducing domestic and international interior manufacturing process and equipment and continuous technical accumulation, we have unique advantage in R&D and manufacturing interior trims.
The main equipment include water-jet cutting cell, floor carpet-forming machine, high pressure pour machine for PU, vacuum absorbing plastic molding line, intelligent molding machine.
