Tuopu Group's NVH R&D Center was founded in 1999, which is a professional R&D institution for automotive parts and subsystems. It has committed to continuous improvement on engineering development and structural design capabilities for automotive parts and subsystems, provided system engineering solutions for domestic and overseas automotive OEMs and enterprises.
Tuopu NVH R&D Center has perfect system R&D capabilities and testing equipment, with the NVH design and development capabilities of automotive assembly system, subsystems and auto parts, all of which have been respectively entering the global auto synchronous development system of international and domestic famous OEMs (such as GM, Audi, and Chrysler), thereby, Tuopu can implement synchronous development with international and domestic automobile manufacturers.
In addition, the NVH R&D Center is also responsible for the theoretical and technical guidance to product design, technical process, process control, and other aspects of Tuopu Group's subsidiaries, providing Tuopu with strong technical support in the rapid development of automobile industry.
In order to support Global strategy, since 2012, Tuopu has begun to build oversea R&D center. By 2016, two R&D Centers have been set up, one is in Detroit, USA, and another is in Gothenburg, Sweden, and Tuopu has assigned professional technique team in Toronto, Canada, Weinheim, Germany, Levallois, France, St. Paul, Brazil.
Rely on advanced technology, Tuopu is capable of completing match design among Powertrain mounting system, suspension system, Crankshaft torsional vibration system, interior system, intelligence braking system and Engine, to meet vehicle requirements.
Tuopu R&D center has been participated into GM, Ford, Audi and BMW's global R&D system, has entirely capability to conduct synchronous R&D for domestic and oversea OEMs.
Since 2002, the NVH R&D Center has carried out synchronous research and development with domestic and overseas well-known OEMs and system integrators such as GM, AUDI, BMW, VALEO, SGM, SAIC, FAW, FAW Wuxi Diesel Engine Works, CHANG'AN, Shenyang BRILLIANCE, Geely Automobiles, and BYD, and completed a number of synchronous R&D projects.
• Design of automotive powertrain mounting system and research of automotive NVH problems
• R&D of powertrain hydraulic mounts and semi-active mounts;
• Engine crankshaft torsional vibration control and the R&D of Torsional Vibration Damper(Pulley Damper);
• R&D of suspension control arms and bushings matching, control arms, rubber bushings, and hydraulic bushings;
• R&D of engine compartment acoustical and thermal insulation parts, and automotive interior trim parts;
• R&D of various rubber-metal mounts and elastic coupling;
• Design of automotive auxiliary braking system and R&D of Electronic Vacuum Pumps
